Returns/Refund/Exchanges Policy
Conditions for Returns/Refund/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you receive your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return/refund/exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, we will only accept a return/refund/exchange if the items are defective/damaged beyond normal usage.
For returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We reserve our rights to allow or disallow a return/refund/exchange base on a case-to-case basis.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For refunds, a service charge equivalent to 10% of your purchase amount will be levied. Only the balance amount will be refunded.
Steps for Returns/Refund/Exchanges
Email us at hello@cornware.sg with the receipt and photos of the defective or damaged item.
Our officer will inform you if the item can be returned or exchanged and discuss how best to go about the return or exchange.
For any refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
